Common questions
What counts as a vCPU?
You're charged based on the total vCPU capacity of worker nodes. Pricing is €0.01/hr (€7.20/mo) per vCPU for Startup, or €0.03/hr (€21.60/mo) per vCPU for Enterprise. For example, a Startup cluster with 4 vCPUs would be €0.04/hr or €28.80/month.
Are controller nodes billed?
No. Only worker node vCPUs are counted toward billing. Controller nodes are free.
How does AI pricing work?
Ankra includes a 15,000 token trial. After that, you can bring your own Claude API key for free, or use Ankra's AI at $5.20/million input tokens and $25.20/million output tokens (Claude Opus 4.5).
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate any billing differences.
